More upgrade details - Actions Requests

In my world, this is a really useful feature. I hope you think so too.

Soon you will be able to assign multiple Actions at every stage in the Problem Solving process.

The action type defaults to the most likely type for the current section.

  • State problem = Investigative
  • Temp CM = Temp Counterneasure
  • Root Cause = Investigative
  • Solution =Permanent
  • Close = Audit
When these actions first created, the lucky guy that is assigned an action automatically is sent an email letting him know he has something to do. If the action is reassigned to someone else, he also gets an email automatically letting him know that too.

A sample of this email is shown below:
